Sherrod Admin *Why are you selling these shirts?* This shop is the _only_ store authorized to sell <a href="http://encyclopediadramatica.com">encyclopediadramatica</a> shirts and merchandise. *Where does the money go?* All money made from sales in this shop go directly toward supporting ED and paying for ED's hosting, servers, power, bandwidth and all other costs. This store is run by the same fine people who run ED. *When will I receive my order?* Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery for in stock shirts shipped through USPS priority mail. It takes longer for other types of shipping and for international shipping. *But I want to know exactly when my stuff will get here! Tell me now!!!* When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains the USPS tracking number. It will also contain a link to the USPS <a href="http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm"> track and confirm</a> site. Once there you can refresh your tracking page over and over again until your order arrives at your doorstep. *Your shipping costs too much!* Yes, shipping is expensive. However, we generally use USPS for shipping and they're the cheapest around. Additionally, when you checkout, your shipping address is used to calculate the shipping cost directly from the USPS database. International shipping is particularly expensive but there isn't really anything we can do about that other than to tell you to move to America. *Can you lie on the customs form for my international order please?* No. We do not lie to customs authorities. Customs forms typically are filled out with the price you paid for your merchandise and a description of the contents such as, "$15.00, yellow cotton tshirt". Depending on the laws in your country, you may have to pay a tax upon receipt of the merchandise. *My order arrived, but the merchandise is wrong. I am so upset!* All orders are fulfilled by hand, by an ED staff member. Sometimes mistakes occur. If your merchandise is the wrong size or style, please email shop @ encyclopediadramatica.com and we will work with you to get the order filled correctly. Then we will find out who made the mistake, hunt them down and "re-educate" them. *I have an idea for a shirt design I'd like to see. Want to hear about it?* Yes, yes we do. Please email design ideas to shop @ encyclopediadramatica.com. If your design is chosen, you win a glorious prize. Designs should be sent as .ai files from Adobe Illustrator when possible. *You should sell hoodies/girl shirts/hats/patches/fursuits/etc.* These things tend to be quite a bit more expensive than plain tshirts, but if you really want something like this, email us and let us know. We take your suggestions into account when making orders. *I wanted a certain size of a certain design and it is sold out! Help me!* We do very limited print runs of each size and design. If there is something you particularly had your heart set on and it is sold out, email us and we'll see what we can do. At the very least, we can put you on the list to be notified if it comes back in stock. This is also a good time to point out that shirts sell out quickly and may never come back in stock. Due to this, we highly recommend that you purchase the item you want sooner rather than later to make sure you get what you want. *I took some awesome pictures of myself wearing a shirt from the ED shop. Where should I send them?* Send it to shop @ encyclopediadramatica.com, if we use your shirt on the site, you'll get a discount code for a future order. *What sort of shirts are they?* For Gildan brand unisex and men's shirts, here is some info: * 100% preshrunk cotton * Seamless collar * Fully double needle stitched * 5.4-ounce 100% cotton * Taped neck and shoulders * Double needle sleeve and bottom hems Check some of the shirts you have in your closet, they're probably Gildan. This is the finished chest width of the shirt. If you need help figuring out the size, find a shirt you like that fits you well, lay it on the floor and measure it across the chest, just under the armpits. This is the "chest width" of the shirt. See the size charts above for figuring out the right size for each type of shirt. *What forms of payment do you accept?* When you check out, you can choose to pay through paypal or pay with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express. *Oh my god, there is no way I am giving you my credit card information!* We understand your concern, but there is really nothing to worry about. We never see your credit card information, we only see your order and that your order is fully paid. Credit card processing is handled by a third party, very, very large merchant provider. Your payment information is fully encrypted and never shown to anyone. We also accept paypal if you're more comfortable with that. *Your shirts are too expensive and I am poor. Will you send me a free one?* No. We are more poor than you, promise.
